People can fall into this trap easily, dreaming about inheriting property or money, which they never get in reality. These type of scams ask several questions to affirm their inheritance trap. Questions will be like "Do you know a relative with similar surname as that of yours, living in (name of a foreign country).
They will also tell you about the huge investment and property details of the owner and asks you for money or potential victim's banking details to complete the inheritance formalities.
